John Mueller is a Knights of Columbus field agent with the Raso Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa and Scottsdale. John has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for nearly fifteen years. He is a 3rd degree member of St. Mary Magdalene Council 17843 and a 4th degree member of Assembly 3327. He became a field agent for the Order in 2017.
When asked why he became a field agent, John said, “I became a field agent with Knights of Columbus to support my brother Knights by providing professional financial needs analysis and service to ensure they have the level of insurance coverage they need to fully protect their family.”
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Prior to becoming a field agent, John enjoyed a long career as a Human Resources Manager with over 25 years of professional experience in public higher-education.
John is married to his wife, Tami, who is recently retired. They currently reside in Gilbert and are parishioners of St. Mary Magdalene. They have one adult daughter, Ariana, who resides in San Diego.
When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, John said, “I want every Catholic family I meet with to know that I will treat them as my family. I will treat them as I would want to be treated: in a caring, ethical, and supportive manner. First, I want to have a full understanding of their individual financial situation before proposing ideas and insurance solutions to fully protect and support their family.”
