Thomas Moore is a field agent with the Raso Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in the Southeast Valley of Phoenix. His more than 30-year career spans successful business ownership, including an insurance agency. This experience as an owner and agent, along with Tom’s knowledge of Knights of Columbus products, gives him the ability to do the work of Fr. McGivney, guiding his brother Knights to the best possible scenario to meet their financial needs.

Tom joined the Knights in 1991 at the request of his father-in-law. A firm believer in all the Order stands for as a Catholic man, Tom became a field agent in 2014 to continue to help his fellow brothers, protecting their families and retirements. Tom earned Agent of the Year in Arizona in 2015, 2016 and 2019. He has achieved the Million Dollar Round Table honor three times and the Supreme Knight's Club two times.

Tom is a Fourth Degree Knight at St. Andrew the Apostle Assembly 3591. He has previously served as Financial Secretary in the Father Peter JJ Juba Council 4922 in California. The legacy of the Knights of Columbus has carried to his sons, Kurt and Roy, who are both Fourth Degree Knights.

Born and raised in Orange, California, Tom attended Fullerton College. He has resided in Chandler, Arizona, since 1994, and has been married to his wife, Careyn, for the past 38 years. They, along with their sons, have been members of the St. Andrew the Apostle Faith Community for the past 26 years. During that time, Tom has worked closely with the teen program and was instrumental in building the teen center at the parish.

Tom is proud and honored to be part of the Knights of Columbus Order and he carries that pride to every council meeting he attends and is always willing to help. In the past five years, he has been part of the Knights Kids in partnership with JCPenney, helping less fortunate children to have a Christmas. He also participates in the annual Tootsie Roll Drive in addition to other fundraisers that benefit others.
